Once a deposit has been confirmed by Blaze and credited to your account, we are unable to reverse this transaction unless you have not placed any wagers yet. Please note that we are generally only able to refund Credit / Debit card transactions free of charge.
If you want to get a refund for a bank deposit that is not made with a Credit / Debit card, a 25% fee may apply. Example: You deposited 100 by bank deposit, we can refund 75.
The reason for this high fee is because our transaction costs are very high for these type of transactions.
