If you lose your connection during a game of Crash, we will do our best to detect this and try to withdraw you from the bet. However, to ensure that you never lose your money due to Internet connection loss, we recommend that you use the "Auto Withdraw On" feature. This feature allows you to set a multiplier at which you want to exit the bet. With this feature turned on, even if you lose your internet connection, you will still be logged out.
If you lose connection during a Double game, you will still receive your winnings if you have chosen the correct color.
